SHIPPING AND RETURN (FOR OUR RETAILERS)
• SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will generally be shipped within one(1) - three(3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was places, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Shipping cost is coverd by the buyer unless previously stated othewise.
• RETURN POLICY
In general, all sales are considered final. All clains, including non-defective item returns, must be makde within five(5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization(RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restockin gfee of up to 30% of teh value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. For defective items, once we receive the return, we will give the returned product amount and shipping price in store credit.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel, you must contact us by phone or email within the same day the order was placed.
