Return Policy
We have carefully crafted our special collection of children’s clothing for you to receive a product that has been ethically manufactured with the highest standards.
(US ORDERS ONLY) - If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please email us at sales@kidsdreamus.com to set up a return or exchange of your unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order date or within 15 days of the delivery date, whichever is longer. All items must have their original tags attached and show no signs of wear. The email should include your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
Once the return request is received, you will receive an invoice for the return-label cost, which must be paid in full before the label is emailed to you.
- Exchanges & Store Credit are processed at full value paid (no restocking fee)
- Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Kid's Dream will not provide prepaid labels.
- Shipping fees & duties cannot be refunded.
If you'd like an exchange, you will receive a second invoice for the replacement-label cost once the return has been received in store. This must be paid in full before the replacement is sent out.
