FREE USA SHIPPING ON DRESS ORDERS ABOVE $100
We offer free domestic shipping for dress orders totaling $100 or more before taxes or any fees. Packages will ship for free using standard shipping service.
Please note that free shipping is NOT applicable for sale items.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND FEES
Kindly note that customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Send your gift perfectly wrapped directly to the gift recipient in a garment bag, velvet hanger, and gift wrapping. Provide your gift message in the order comments. Gift wrapping is a flat fee of $10 for the entire order. Gift wrapped orders do not include an itemized receipt if shipping to a different address than the Bill To address. Discount codes cannot be applied to custom cuts, special sizes, custom color, or custom fabric products. One discount code can be applied per order and discount codes cannot be "stacked" within an order. In the event of exchanging a product purchased with a discount code, the discount % cannot be passed onto the new item's price. SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
Once your order is received, in stock items will ship in 2 business days. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you immediately. Custom dresses will ship within 2 weeks. If you need your order rushed or by a specific date please contact our team.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch from our Los Angeles distribution center. A shipment notification will be sent to email address provided at the time of order with a tracking number. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Unless specifically requested via phone or email, packages do not have insurance and signature is not required.
If you would like insurance or a signature required for your package, contact us at 213-205-8513 or email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we can assist you in adding these delivery options.
While unfortunate and upsetting, once your order is confirmed delivered by the shipping company, we are not liable for package theft. Please be aware that you have a delivery coming, keep an eye on the tracking information so someone can receive the package, or leave directions for deliveries to a safe location (example: 'leave package with neighbor if no answer') so as to minimize your risk.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES ONLY
This information is only relevant for deliveries made outside the United States.
Please note that all shipments outside the USA may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All efforts are made to minimize any cost and/or delay.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Kid's Dream products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.
When ordering from Kid's Dream you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount or does not apply to children's clothing. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
If this is a concern, we suggest contacting your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprise.
